Fee Schedule

  • Initial Private Consultation (30 mins, item code 500): $80

  • Subsequent Private Consultation (30 mins, item code 505): $80

  • WorkCover, CPT & DVA: standard fee and duration apply.

  • EPC ( Enhanced Primary Care Plan) referral through Medicare: (30 mins): bulk billed.

Doctor's Referral

  • Referral is required for physiotherapy appointment through WorkCover, DVA, ADF or Medicare.

  • Private appointment doesn't require referral.

  • If you have imaging reports relevant to your appointment, please bring them along to ensure we are fully informed when we treat you.

No Show & Cancellation Policy

  • We are committed to delivering timely, high-quality healthcare. Missed appointments, late cancellations, and no-shows not only impact your care but also limit access for other patients in need. Please take a moment to review our policy on appointment attendance.

 
Appointment Cancellations

  • When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify the practice as soon as possible so the time can be offered to another patient.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Providing this notice helps ensure all patients have access to the care they need.

 
How to Cancel an Appointment

  • You may cancel your appointment by calling the practice directly on 0406580215.

 
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
​

  • A late cancellation occurs when an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

  • A no-show refers to missing an appointment without any prior notice.

  • In either case, a $40 fee will apply.

  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best care for all patients.
